The Spark
You turn an ordinary afternoon into a plan nobody had five minutes earlier. You notice the street festival and invite whoever is around, even if it means canceling what you had planned for the evening.
Your enthusiasm is generous and contagious, and you follow it wherever it leads, which means schedules and to-do lists tend to lose. People remember the evenings you started more than the details you forgot.
The two variants
Calm variant: lower emotional sensitivity
When the improvised plan falls apart, you laugh it off and find the next one, though the people who were counting on the first may not find it as funny.
Intense variant: higher emotional sensitivity
Your moods rise and fall with the people around you, and a cold reply from a friend can flatten a good day.

What this profile should watch for
The forgotten follow-up
You start more than you finish, and a promise made with full enthusiasm on Friday may be lost by Monday.
The Spark is above the median on Openness (curiosity and imagination), Extraversion (sociability and energy) and Agreeableness (warmth toward others), and below it on Conscientiousness (planning and follow-through). Spark is a short name for that pattern of four scores relative to the median, not a type found in research; how the archetypes are built explains where the line sits.
How the four traits combine
Curiosity finds the thing, Extraversion gets other people to come along, and Agreeableness makes them feel glad they did. Low Conscientiousness keeps it improvised, and an invitation made on the spot feels warmer than a plan made a month ago. Artists tend to score lower than non-artists on Conscientiousness (Feist, 1998), and tolerance for mess helps when the plan has to be invented as you go.
The trade-off sits between low Conscientiousness and the two social traits. Extraversion and Agreeableness make your promises public and personal, since they are made to particular people you like. Low Conscientiousness makes them slip. Forgetting a friend's birthday dinner or a favor you offered with real enthusiasm costs something, and the people closest to you notice.
Calm or intense
Neuroticism sets what you do with the lapses. With lower scores you forgive yourself within the hour, maybe too quickly to change anything. With higher scores each missed promise sits as a small debt to someone you like, which can make you avoid the very people you owe an apology.
Near the middle
If Conscientiousness is the score near the median, you share most of your profile with The Catalyst, who has the same warmth and ideas and a calendar that holds. If Agreeableness is the close one, look at The Maverick: the same improvising and appetite for company, with a sharper edge.
