Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy the Standard report on personaspect.com. The test and the result with your five traits and your archetype stay free and need no purchase.

Who sells

The seller is Personaspect, the online service published at personaspect.com. For any question about a purchase, write to [email protected].

What you buy

The Standard report is digital content built from the answers of the test you have already completed. It describes the 30 facets of your Big Five profile, how your traits combine and what they mean in six areas: strengths, blind spots, work, relationships, stress and growth, practical suggestions. The methodology page explains how the test is built.

The report describes personality tendencies. It is not a clinical diagnosis and it is not meant for hiring decisions.

Price and payment

The price is €4.99, VAT included. It is a one-time payment: no subscription and no automatic renewal.

You pay on a page run by Stripe, the provider that processes our payments. Personaspect never sees or stores your card details.

Delivery

The report opens right after payment, at a permanent link that only you hold. Stripe sends you the receipt, and we email the report link to the address you gave at checkout so you can find it again. You can also save the report as a PDF from its page.

The report stays available until you delete your profile.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once supply starts with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right as a result (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code).

So before payment we ask you to tick a box to request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. The box is never ticked in advance, and payment does not start without it. The time of your consent is recorded with the payment.

If something goes wrong

If you paid and the report does not open, or it does not match what this page describes, write to [email protected]: we will fix it or refund the full amount. Your statutory rights on the conformity of digital content always apply.

Deleting your profile

You can delete your profile at any time from the report page. The report is deleted with it and its link stops working. Deletion is permanent and does not entitle you to a refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live, and disputes go to the courts of the place where you reside.

Changes

We may update these terms. Each purchase is governed by the version published on this page at the time you pay.
